Browser extensions

The Correctify extensions: Chrome, Firefox and Thunderbird

The extensions add a “Fix the text” entry to the right-click menu, in your browser or in Thunderbird. You select, you fix, the text is replaced in place. They are free, need no account, and work on Windows, Mac and Linux with your own API key.

Correctify for Chrome

The AI spell checker for Google Chrome. It fixes any text on the web without you ever leaving the page: Gmail, social media, forms or online editors. You select, you right-click, and it’s corrected in the language it detects on its own.

Correctify for Firefox

The AI text-correction extension for Mozilla Firefox. You select a passage, you right-click, and you get a corrected version (spelling, grammar and phrasing), with no copy-pasting, everywhere you write on the web.

Correctify for Thunderbird

The AI email proofreader for Mozilla Thunderbird. Right in the compose window, review and fix the body of your messages before you send them: spelling, grammar and style are handled with a single right-click, no copy-pasting or extra tool.

And on Windows: the app

To fix text outside the browser, in Word, Outlook, Teams or any program: the Windows app replaces the text with one keyboard shortcut. Free, signed, updates itself.

Extension or app: which one to pick?

If you mostly write in the browser (Gmail, social media, forms, online tools), an extension is enough: it fixes text on right-click in any field, and it works on Windows, Mac and Linux. Thunderbird has its own extension, with an English or French interface.

If you also write in Word, Outlook, Teams or another program, the Windows app covers everything with a single shortcut, browser included. The two can live side by side: same API key, same correction. Either way, your text goes straight to the AI provider of your key, with no server in between.
